OSX Finder still sucks BIGTIME

OSX Finder sucks *big time*... Altough there is plenty to love about osx, and the fact its based on Linux it seems that all Apple software added is just shameful including OSX Finder.
Two big annoyances:
- No location bar.
- Unable to refresh Open Files pane.
